WHAT IS INTUITIVE EATING?
WHAT DOES A CHRISTIAN INTUITIVE EATING COACH DO?
Great question! I actually get this one a lot.
I help Christians heal their relationship with their food, body and exercise by using an Anti-Diet, weight neutral approach that is grounded in Scripture and backed by research.
Three primary avenues that I do that through are Coaching, Intuitive Eating Groups, and supporting Mental Health Professionals.
