Are you tired of quick fix diets that inevitably fail? Do you feel like your body is your enemy? Do you have a long list of food rules that control your life?

It's become so normal to feel stuck in never-ending cycles of trying harder with our food and feeling like a total failure.
The beautiful news is that it doesn't have to be like this. There is a way out.
Welcome to Intuitive Eating.
Welcome to Eat Intuit.
What is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive Eating is how God designed us to eat. As Intuitive Eaters:

-
We have a relaxed and peaceful relationship with food.
-
We don't follow other people's rules because we know that only God and our body knows what it needs at any given moment.
-
We generally honor our hunger and fullness cues.
-
We're driven by the sense of satisfaction that comes with food.
-
We're not afraid of food, our cravings or how our body is going to process the food.
-
We have a mutually trusting relationship with our body.
-
We choose to move our bodies in healthy ways that feel good rather than trying to change them.
-
We're content with our food and have the bandwidth to move onto the more important things in life.
