Hi, I'm Damara.

As an Intuitive Eating Coach I help people make peace with food, reconnect with their bodies, and live from a place of freedom and trust - not control.

My coaching and trainings are anti-diet, weight-inclusive, and justice-oriented - rooted in compassion, respect, and the belief in every person’s right to autonomy.

This is a space to gently untangle the moralized messages about food, body, and “self-control” that can make it feel like your standing with God hinges on every bite.

Together, we’ll reconnect with a faith rooted in compassion and gentleness—where trust, not perfection, shapes your relationship with both God and your body.
