As an Intuitive Eating Coach I can save you time and energy by steadily guiding you through the principles with a trained eye for the hidden places Diet Culture lurks and trips you up. I'll be by your side encouraging you along the way!
We're born Intuitive Eaters before Diet Culture is ingrained in us. Yet the return journey to our inner Intuitive Eater takes an unexpectedly winding path. It takes perseverance to ruthlessly uproot and reject the diet mentality in its entirety. It can really help to have a companion for the journey who is fierce in her calling out of Diet Culture.
Why Intuitive Eating Coaching?
I’m a Christian Intuitive Eating Coach because I believe that Christians who are freed from the grip of Diet and Wellness Culture have amazing capacity to Join in God’s good Kingdom work right now.
What Kingdom work?
The stuff Jesus did and Holy Spirit continues to do… Loving your neighbor, loving yourself, opening blind eyes, setting captives free, righting injustices, caring for the sick, oppressed, marginalized, vulnerable and hurting.
Sounds great, right?! But how exactly do we go about doing that?
Each of us does it in our own unique way. We’ve been gifted with passions and shaped by our experiences so that we can actively work to right specific wrongs and promote human flourishing.
Most of us just need the space in our lives to actually be able to do something about it.​
